Here is the set of checklists I've created to keep me on track during the first 18 months of this adventure:

• The Master Plan <-- Towards the end, things got marked off by hand on a print out.

• The Original Brainstorming Packing List
• The Almost Final Packing List (the final one was a printout of this with hand annotations :-)).
  
  
• The Homestudy Requirements <-- Complete!

• The BCIS Requirements <-- Complete!

• The Dossier Requirements <-- Complete!

Note that there are requirements for Rachael is these lists. Because she is an adult over 18 who lives in my household, she must also complete some of the tasks in the checklists (for example, she cannot have HIV or Hep B).
